Construction of multi-class Armed Forces Family Housing (RKAT) at Kem Tok Jalai, Alor Setar is intended to provide more comfortable and organised accommodation for military personnel and their families. RK Partnership’s scope included the preparation of Bills of Quantities and related cost documents to support the tender process, price comparison and cost control throughout the project.
