A proposed mixed development comprising a 5-star hotel, standalone restaurant and SOHO units within the MITC precinct at Ayer Keroh, Melaka. RK Partnership provided quantity surveying and cost consultancy services to support budgeting, tender documentation and cost control, helping to ensure the project remains commercially viable while meeting the operator’s functional and branding requirements.
